Meet April

April, a Finance Veteran of the Air Force and graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor's in Business and the University of Texas at Dallas with a Master's in Supply Chain Management represents and advocates for homeowners and future homeowners in the Dallas Fort Worth area. April has also been appointed to serve on the City of Arlington Library Board.

With over 20 years of experience in Business and Financial Management, April has a strong ability to effectively manage budgets and maximize distribution of resources. She is a wife, mother of three, and currently works as a full-time realtor, dedicated to understanding her client's needs and utilizing her expertise to help them quickly secure contracts and guide them through the entire process.

April provides personalized services to her clients, working with preferred lenders offering VA, Conventional, and FHA loans, and even assisting with post-sale home remodeling. Her niche is not only driving sales but also her talent for educating cross-functional teams and implementing strategies that foster collaborative partnerships between contractors and clients while staying within budget and maintaining high-quality standards.

April's unmatched expertise in the residential market of DFW is complemented by her understanding of the direct impact of quality education has on home values in our community. In her free time, April has dedicated over 500 hours in 2023-2024 school year to volunteering at an AISD school, serving the needs of both educators and students.
